How To Reset Password On The Portal?

If you are a new user of the ChoiceAdvantage Login Portal and have forgotten your password. Don’t worry, below you will find the complete guide on how to reset your password. There are three ways to reset the password. Follow the instructions to reset your password carefully.

Reset Password From Login Page

  • Enter your email address
  • On the next screen, click on the “I forgot my password” link.
  • On the next screen, click the Submit Password Reset button.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder first. Then open the email, click the “Reset password” button and enter a new password on the page that appears.

Ask Account Administrator To Reset Password

  • Your account administrator can reset your password through your user profile in the agency’s control panel.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder first. Then open the email, click the “Reset password” button and enter a new password on the page that appears.
